About our founder

Before founding People Diligence, Claire Hartnell spent 20+ years working as a Management Consultant for high profile clients including Coca-Cola, eBay, Diageo, and Lloyds Bank. As well as advising clients in areas spanning strategy, operations, risk management and organisational design, Claire was also a founder member of two incubated start-ups.

Frustrated by traditional consultancy approaches, Claire turned to Behavioural Science and systems thinking to rethink solutions to organisational performance. Now, she applies her expertise to help companies unlock potential by building highly adaptive teams and innovation-focussed cultures.
